David has been enthusiastically serving the real estate needs of buyers and sellers in the greater Twin Cities area for eight years. A superior level of informed professional service and a personal standard for utmost honesty, integrity, and dependability are attributed to David’s successful career. His areas of real estate expertise include single-family homes, investment properties, apartments, lakeshore and 1031 exchanges.
David is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas’ mini-MBA Program, Carlson School of Management and the Real Estate Institute. He also serves as a board member and is past Presidnet of the Minnesota Real Estate Exchangers, and has taught “Real Estate investing 101” and “Deal or no Deal” real estate courses, and continues to serve as a mentor to new real estate agents.
David’s success comes from applying over 20 years of senior level sales management and marketing skills to real estate. He has started, operated and sold several international business’. He went into real estate to focus on raising his family and investing in real estate.
David and his wife of 20 years Patty, have four children. He enjoys downhill ski racing, mountain biking and volunteering his time to the Maple Grove Rotary club, Special Olympics and several other organizations. He believes that the more you give, the more you get.
